With our set up and clean up service, you can focus on planning your perfect event! This service is for clients who are not booked for event coordination but need a crew to set up and clean up for an occasion.
Non-Refundable Deposit
• A deposit is required to secure your booking and is calculated based on the labor costs associated with your event.
• This deposit is non-refundable as it covers the initial labor and planning efforts put into your event.
2. Refundable Material Costs
• Any materials purchased related to the event may be eligible for a refund.
• Clients must notify us of their cancellation within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of the initial booking to qualify for a refund on materials.
• Refund requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
3. Cancellation Notification
• All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email or through our designated contact method.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the cancellation is acknowledged by our team.
4. Processing Refunds
• Refunds for eligible material costs will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation notice.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
